Hope for New Beginnings
As we round the corner towards the end of 2020, I want to wish all of you a chance for healing, regeneration, and renewal in 2021. I am looking forward to sharing stories and hopefully workshops and retreats, too, in the year to come!
The Gift of Stories
This year a number of the Family Heirloom Arts client projects we have been working on came about in the form of gifts given from adult children to their parents, as a way of honoring and celebrating their parents, as a way of giving back. Some have gifted an hour or two of oral history interviews, and others have engaged in the full process of creating an illustrated heirloom book. If you are interested in gifting your parents, your grandparents, or a close friend or relative the chance to tell their stories in the coming year, please contact us and we would be happy to set this up for you.
